Registration and Participation

• Participation requires prior registration via the website with a valid email address. By registering, participants agree to receive organizational information and, if applicable, promotional offers.

• Participation is only possible if the requirements stated in the respective course description are met.

• Only one entry per person is permitted in the competition.

 

Age Restrictions

Participation is only permitted for persons 18 years of age and older. Minors must be registered by an adult authorized representative.

Data Usage

All data provided during registration will be used exclusively for the organization and implementation of the masterclass, the transmission of relevant information, and, if applicable, for sending promotional offers. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

 

​Course Services

By paying the registration fee, participants receive all necessary materials for the course, as well as individual supervision and support during the creative process and in creating their own artwork.

Withdrawal and Substitution

• By registering and paying, participants confirm that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions of participation.

• If participants are unable to attend the course on the day of the course, a refund of the registration fee is not possible. However, participants have the option of transferring their place to another person. In this case, the organizer must be notified of the change by email at least 24 hours before the course begins.
   

In Case of Cancellation by the Organizer

Should the organizer be forced to cancel the masterclass on the scheduled date, participants will receive a full refund of the participation fee already paid. Participants will be notified by email at least 24 hours before the scheduled date. The organizer will contact the participant to clarify payment information. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation of payment details.

Regarding Outdoor Event

If the course is held outdoors and cannot be held as planned due to weather conditions, an alternative venue will be arranged. Participants will be informed of the change at least one day before the event.

Legal Area

All disputes and claims related to the masterclass are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
