This website offers visitors the opportunity to discover books and paintings, order products featuring designs, and participate in sweepstakes run by AnyaOffenArt. Return and Refund Policy.

You may return any undamaged product within 14 days of receiving the product, along with the accessories, the original packaging and the original receipt (or gift voucher). We will exchange it or refund the amount according to the original payment method. Please also note:

- Products can only be returned in the country where they were originally purchased; and

- the following products are excluded from return: custom design prints.

 

Subject to change of offer.

We may change the Services, stop providing any service or feature we offer, or impose limits on the Services without notice. We may discontinue or suspend access to the Services at any time, temporarily or permanently, for any or no reason, without notice and liability.

Warranty and Liability for Services and Products.

If we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer is entitled to a full refund upon prompt return of the product to us. We will cover the shipping costs for the replaced product to the customer, but the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
